United States doesn't require any sort of Armenia tourist visa for stay upto  180 days in one year. So just book your flights and hotel and fly over to Yerevan or reach any land border to get entry into Armenia. On arrival at port of entry, just show your passport and other required documents as asked by Immigration officer and travel the Armenia.
